Hello. Can I use shampoo with ketoconazole (as Triatop 1% or Nizoral 2%), about 40 days after surgery? I'll alternate it with delicate shampoo. Some contraindication? Many thanks. Rico
40 days post op should be fine now. Once your scabs removed the scalp looked clean and not red, so I see no problem. Like you say, alternate with a gentle shampoo. If you get any signs of irritation then stop, but there should be no problems at all.
